Meet Francoise, our ideal tutor and colleague. She is open to new ideas, ready to listen and responsive to the needs of others. She welcomes the prospect of a different way of doing things that makes for happy learners and fulfilled teachers. She is delighted to work with people who will take the time and make the effort to bring her into the world of 80/20 stress-free learning.
Of course, Francoise speaks French – she is a native speaker and her understanding and ability to communicate in English is very good. She might have been Frances, a fluent French speaker. The emphasis would still be the same: openness to new ideas, readiness to put the learner first, punctuality and consideration for others.
On a practical level, Francoise has her own transport and her own computer. But we did say Francoise is our ideal, perfect tutor!
And what does this say about us? That we want the earth? No. But we do have high standards. We want to develop a working relationship with our tutors that will last for many years. We are not an agency. We will invest time and effort in the right people with the expectation that if we treat you well you will do the same for us.
